Some are saying the Great Recession really is over. If that’s true, how are employers being affected?  Are employees jumping ship to other opportunities?  What kind of retention strategies are organizations using?  What about compensation trends? During the recession, many companies tightened every screw. They froze pay, reduced benefits, eliminated perks, and even laid off employees. Have the tables turned? Are employees exacting revenge?

Come join The Charlottesville Business Innovation Council for its next CxO Roundtable and discuss strategies, techniques and tools to “F your employees”…that is:

  • FIND – radical recruiting techniques to help you locate and attract talent;
  • FUEL – methods for setting goals and providing feedback that keep everyone’s career on track;
  • FIT – learn about the new competency models and individual success drivers that define and create high performers.

The roundtable will be led by Michael Latsko, Director of Human Resources for Silverchair Holdings, the parent company of Silverchair Information Systems and Silverchair Learning Systems. Michael is quite the seasoned HR professional, and this promises to be a very productive and informative meeting.

We are grateful to Robbins Staffing Solutions for sponsoring this event. Robbins Staffing Solutions brings the perfect blend of a fresh approach and proven experience to meet today’s employment needs in Charlottesville and the Valley. About Michael Latsko

Michael Latsko is Director of Human Resources for Silverchair Holdings, the parent company of Silverchair Information Systems and Silverchair Learning Systems, where he oversees all aspects of talent management and HR for these two fast growing companies. His work as a human resources professional has followed a non-traditional path. He earned his BA (with honors) in English from the University of Virginia and his JD from UVA’s Law School.
